Prior to joining Nutmeg in 2009, Karl was the Program Director of a Danbury, CT-based community center, serving as the local HMIS System Administrator and Point of Entry for the City of Danbury's Ten Year Plan To End Homelessness. In his current role, Karl is responsible for all HMIS training for Connecticut clients. "I also supervise three Local Systems Administrators for HMIS and their [respective] Continuums of Care (CoC), as well as serve as the Local System Administrator for the Waterbury CoC," he says. Karl works on HMIS projects as they occur and troubleshoots larger ones. "What's not to like working at Nutmeg?" he says. "They are a very team-oriented group of people."
